I founded Marginalized Majority and led it full-time as Executive Director from August 2020 to May 2026. It is a non-profit that runs education and capacity-building programs for marginalized communities in Canada.

Its structure came out of consultations with academics, clients and community partners. The programs take on subjects that rarely get a room of their own: intergenerational trauma, internalized homophobia, psycho-emotional healing, language barriers and racism inside organizations. Its work was supported by a Canadian Heritage grant for 2022–2023.
